Since our first modest 20 unit development, Convergence Investments has built a successful pipeline of deals and a track record of above market performance. Currently, Convergence Investments has invested in, developed, and been a consultant on projects totaling over 15,000 residential units and 6,000,000 sq/ft of commercial space.
