The Granary at Briggs Ranch is the most recent Convergence Community and has the potential to be our most revolutionary yet. Located 20 miles west of downtown San Antonio, this master plan is the product of an in-depth site analysis, coupled with long exploratory walks, which allow us to fully appreciate the diverse character of the land and how it will interact with future residents.

Convergence is currently seeking Master Development Plan approval and the necessary entitlements, but the community vision for The Granary is already established for success. In order to create intentional neighborhoods, designed for intentional lives, The Granary is organized into smaller walkable communities that preserve natural spaces and encourage residents and visitors to explore wellness, creativity, and human interaction. All situated around a central town square, complete with a farmers’ market and co-op farm, The Granary at Briggs Ranch is rethinking the way we live and how the built world interacts with the natural environment.
