Convergence Investments, a private equity real estate focused investment firm headquartered in Jackson, is seeking a full time Administrative Associate to join our team. Duties include providing direct support for the company’s CEO and Executive Team, office management, bookkeeping, and travel and event planning. Responsibilities:

  • General organization and management of office related activities
  • Delivering exceptional service to our investors, customers, guests
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures related to all organizational activities
  • Maintain office supplies, incoming and outgoing mail, answer calls and investor inquiries
  • Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications
  • Assist controller with bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable processing
  • Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, video-conferences
  • Domestic and international travel planning & booking for executives
  • Database and file management (Fintrex/IMS/Egnyte)
  • Event Planning:
    • Coordination of annual Jackson Hole Investor Summit (3-day conference)
    • Occasional company events, investor events, YPO events, etc
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Administrative or office management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally, experience working closely with executives and VIPs
  • Must maintain flexible schedule and responsiveness outside work hours for email, text, and phone calls
